After the damage
Reconstruction & Repairs
Drying the house is not finishing the job. Somebody has to put the drywall, flooring, cabinets and paint back. We hold the general building license to do it, so you are not hiring a second contractor.

What we rebuild
- Framing repair and replacement where structure was affected
- Insulation and drywall, taped, textured and matched to the existing finish
- Flooring: tile, laminate, vinyl plank, carpet and hardwood
- Kitchen and bathroom cabinetry and countertops
- Trim, baseboard, doors and casing
- Interior and exterior paint
- Plumbing fixtures reset or replaced, under our C-36 classification
- Coordination with licensed electrical and HVAC trades where the scope calls for it
Why one company matters here
The standard way this goes: a restoration company dries your house, pulls their equipment, hands you an estimate for the mitigation, and gives you a list of contractors for the repairs. Now you are managing two companies who each blame the other for the gap, while you live in a house with no drywall.
License 902886 carries both a C-36 plumbing classification and a B general building classification. The company that found the leak and dried the structure is the company that rebuilds it.
Matching what was already there
The hardest part of a repair is usually not the new work, it is making the new work disappear into the old. Wall texture, floor transitions, cabinet finish and paint sheen all have to line up or the repair reads as a patch forever.
We would rather spend the extra time matching texture than hand you a room where you can see exactly where the water stopped.
Scope you can hand to an adjuster
Reconstruction estimates get scrutinized. We write an itemized scope tied to the documented damage, so the line items connect back to the photographs and moisture readings from the mitigation.
That does not guarantee an outcome on your claim. It does mean the estimate is defensible.
How it works
What happens after you call
- 1
Scope and estimate
We walk the affected area, write an itemized scope of what has to be rebuilt, and price it in writing.
- 2
Schedule and permits
Where the work requires permits or inspections, we handle that. You get a schedule with real dates on it.
- 3
Build
Framing, drywall, flooring, cabinets and paint, sequenced so trades are not tripping over each other.
- 4
Walkthrough
We walk it with you and fix the punch list before we call it finished, not after.
Questions
Straight answers
If yours is not here, call and ask. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
Can you rebuild if another company did the mitigation?
Yes. We would want to see their drying documentation first to confirm the structure actually reads dry, because building over material that is still wet creates a mold problem inside a finished wall.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, where the scope requires them. Structural work, and work that changes plumbing or electrical layout, generally needs a permit and an inspection.
How long will my house be torn up?
It depends entirely on scope. A single bathroom might be one to two weeks. A whole floor after a significant loss can be a couple of months. We give you a schedule up front and tell you when it changes.
Can I upgrade while you have it open?
Often yes, and it is usually the cheapest time to do it since the walls are already open. Understand that insurance covers restoring what was there, not improving it, so upgrades typically come out of pocket. We will keep those line items separate so it is clear.
Do you do work that is not damage related?
Our reconstruction work is mostly damage related, but the B classification covers general building work. Call and describe the project and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit for us.
Will the repair match the rest of the house?
That is the goal and it is where the effort goes. Texture and paint can be matched closely. Flooring depends on whether the original product is still made, and if it is not we will talk through the options before anything gets ordered.
