What do you need?
We are a plumbing company that grew into restoration, which means the crew that finds the leak is the crew that dries the house and puts it back together.
Damage restoration
Something already went wrong. Start here.
- Water Damage RestorationBurst pipe, slab leak, roof leak or an overflow. We extract the water, dry the structure and document it for your adjuster.
- Fire & Smoke DamageBoard-up, soot and smoke removal, odor treatment, and cleaning the contents that can be saved.
- Mold RemediationContainment first, then removal, then fixing the moisture that caused it. Otherwise it comes back.
- Reconstruction & RepairsDrywall, flooring, cabinets, paint. We hold a B license, so the same company that dried it can rebuild it.
Plumbing
Something needs fixing before it becomes the other column.
- Plumbing Services24 hour plumbing repair for homes and businesses across Riverside County.
- Drain Cleaning & SewerSlow drains, main line stoppages, and camera inspection when you need to see what is actually down there.
- Water HeatersRepair and replacement, tank and tankless.
- Slab Leaks, Repiping & Gas LinesLeak location without tearing up the whole floor, whole-home repipes, and gas line work.
Why this matters
One company, start to finish
Most restoration companies dry your house out and then hand you a list of contractors for the repairs. You end up managing two companies, two schedules and two sets of paperwork while living in a half-finished house.
We hold a C-36 plumbing classification and a B general building classification on the same license. The leak, the dry-out and the rebuild are all us.
- Licensed, bonded and insured. CSLB #902886, active since 2007.
- Someone picks up the phone at any hour, not an answering service that takes a message.
- Documentation built for your adjuster: photos, moisture readings and daily drying logs.
- Residential and commercial, from a single bathroom to a whole building.
- Based in Perris, so Riverside County is our backyard, not a drive-through market.
How it works
What happens after you call
- 1
You call
A person answers and asks what is happening right now. If you need to shut off a valve first, we will tell you where to look.
- 2
We get eyes on it
A tech comes out, finds the source, and takes moisture readings and photos before anything gets moved or torn out.
- 3
We stop and dry
Extraction, containment and drying equipment. We log the readings every day so there is a record of when it was actually dry.
- 4
We put it back
Drywall, flooring, paint and fixtures. Same license, same company, so nothing falls between two contractors.
Insurance
We do the documentation. You keep control of the claim.
A denied or underpaid claim usually comes down to what was written down in the first 48 hours. Photographs before anything moves, moisture readings room by room, a drying log with dates, and a clear scope of what was damaged.
That is the part we control, and we take it seriously.
To be straight with you about the part we do not: in California, negotiating a claim on your behalf requires a public adjuster license. We are contractors. Anyone who tells you they will fight your insurance company for you is either licensed as an adjuster or telling you something they are not allowed to do.
What we hand your adjuster
- Dated photographs of the damage before mitigation started
- Moisture readings mapped room by room
- Daily drying logs showing equipment placement and progress
- An itemized scope of the affected materials
- A written estimate for the reconstruction

Questions
Straight answers
If yours is not here, call and ask.
Do you answer the phone at 2 in the morning?
Yes. Water damage and plumbing emergencies do not keep business hours, so neither do we. Call (951) 479-7038 any hour.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Thunder Plumbing Inc, doing business as Thunder & Lightning Services, holds California contractor license #902886 with a C-36 plumbing classification and a B general building classification. The license has been active since 2007. You can verify it yourself at cslb.ca.gov.
Do you work with insurance?
We document the damage thoroughly, photograph everything, keep drying logs, and provide the paperwork your adjuster asks for. We are contractors, not public adjusters, so we cannot negotiate the claim on your behalf. What we can do is make sure the documentation supports it.
How fast can someone get here?
It depends where you are and what else is running, so call and we will tell you honestly rather than promise a number we cannot hold. Perris, Menifee, Sun City and Moreno Valley are close to our shop.
Do you handle both the damage and the rebuild?
Yes, and that is unusual. Most restoration companies dry the house and hand you off to a separate contractor for repairs. We hold both classifications, so one company sees it through from the extraction to the paint.
Damage does not wait. Neither do we.
Call now and talk to someone who can get a crew moving.
